Before you start
- School name, address & district, board and school type
- Your team category and a unique team name
- 2–4 team members: first and last name as on school ID, grade, parent/guardian name and a 10-digit emergency contact
- Two faculty / educators in-charge: name, subject, 10-digit contact number and email
- For every participant, Forms 1, 2 and 3 filled in and signed by a parent/guardian, scanned as PDFs (2 MB total per participant). Download them on the registration form or the Resources page
- Government schools: a scan or photo of the bonafide certificate and each member’s photo/school ID
After you submit
- You’ll see a reference number on screen. Keep it for any questions.
- Pay the fee for your category on the Payment page using that reference, and upload the payment screenshot. Government schools don’t pay.
- We’ll follow up with next steps and the participant guide.
- Registered teams receive the confirmed machine and material list before the event.
